I love Kero Mobile application, how can I share it with my friends and colleagues?

  • Select options from the main menu
  • You can now share Kero Mobile via SMS, Facebook, MySpace and Twitter

Can I get more content to my Kero Mobile account profile?

Yes, you need to create an account first and then follow the “add more content” process described below.

  1. Select SETTINGS from the main menu
  2. Load the Account application
  3. Select CREATE ACCOUNT, you will be asked to enter some information (we DO NOT share those information).
  4. Once the account is created check next step.

After you are a register user, you can add more content.

Can add more content to my account profile?

Yes, you can add content to Kero Mobile. First make sure you are a register user.

  1. Select SETTINGS from the main menu
  2. Load the Catalog application
  3. Enter your secret code
  4. Select ADD CONTENT
  5. Find the content that you want to add and select the add center button

At this point you can access your selected content from the main menu specific service.

How can I remove content from my account profile?

  1. Select SETTINGS from the main menu
  2. Load the Catalog application
  3. Enter your secret code
  4. Select REMOVE CONTENT
  5. Find the content that you want to remove and select the remove center button

Can I add/remove content to my favorites?

Yes, you can add/remove content to your favorites from Kero Mobile. From Kero Mobile

  1. Select SETTINGS from the main menu
  2. Load the Catalog application
  3. Enter your secret code
  4. Select MY FAVORITES. Once the list of content from your account profile is loaded you can set ON the content to your Favorites. To remove content from Favorites, follow the same method and set OFF the specific content.

Can I search for content?

Yes, you can search by entering a keyword and by selecting a service

  1. Select SETTINGS from the main menu
  2. Load the Catalog application
  3. Enter your secret code
  4. Select SEARCH CONTENT
  5. Enter a keyword to search for
  6. Select one of the services
  7. Select the search button
  8. After the search is done you can add more content

Can I give feedback for content?

Yes, when you load a service you are presented with a list of content. In the list, go to the content you like:

  1. Select options, is the left soft button
  2. Now you can press 1,2,3,4,5 and assign stars for the content

Can I access the Kero Mobile Community Forum from the Kero Mobile application?

Yes, from the main menu:

  1. Select options
  2. Select forum, you will be directed to the mobile version of the Kero Mobile Community Forum

IT doesn’t work in the landscape mode. It shows the display sometimes for a second in landscape mode but then switches back to portrait mode.

Also when i go to settings and try to create account, i can enter username, password, but when i click on the confirm password box, when my 5800 switches to landscape mode for text entry, it becomes distorted screen. Hence can’t enter the password again to confirm. so now i uninstalled it.

Ciao,
we know about the issue. So Kero Mobile works only in portrait.
When you get that issue, just tap on the screen couple of times and it should show back Kero Mobile create account screen. Sorry about it, but it’s not Kero Mobile issue.

i got a problem i cant create an account it doesn’t get selected instead the adds are selected please resolve this issue…i am using n82

everything should work fine since others can create account just fine.
Make sure to go down and click on the input text fields

Trying to create an account on i8910hd. can enter username and first password but then screen corrupts and i cant enter second password. Holding phone in portrait or landscape makes no difference. tapping in a text entry box brings back the form in landscape, even though i am holding in portrait. I can bring it back to portrait by clicking on the green + button but as soon as I try to enter the secnd password it just corrupts the display again. Please don’t say this is not a Birko issue as every other s60 v5 app I have used in the past year doesn’t behave like this. It looks as if it could be a good app – please try to fix it. Thank you.

I had feedback on this and it looks like it’s the Flash Lite player on the I8910HD. We do not do anything special on the application to make the screen going crazy! Please try again or send us an email to info @ biskero dot com explaining the issue and we will try to create an account for you and give the feedback to Samsung.
