QUI application in OVI Store: share GPS location via SMS
Here some news, the QUI application is now available for download from OVI Store.
“QUI allows you to share via SMS your location to a friend. Use your GPS to get your location and share it by sending an SMS.”
So basically you can share your GPS location via SMS in 3 easy steps. Your friend will receive a SMS with a link to a mobile web page with the map of you location. Your friend can than open their OVI Maps directly on their phone and locate you!
Make sure to be outside to catch a satellite with the GPS !!!
The QUI application supports the following GPS enabled Nokia devices:

Does not work om N8 – it does not activate the gps. Would be a really cool app when it works.
